I had a great experience with DSM Rooter Plumbing. Levy came out and was incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed multiple issues, explained what was going on in a clear way, and resolved everything efficiently. You can tell he really knows his craft and takes pride in his work. The service was professional, thorough, and stress-free. 10/10 would recommend Levy and DSM Rooter Plumbing and would absolutely use them again.

We recently hired Dave and his team, Gabriel and Daniel, to install shampoo bowls at our hair salon, and we couldn’t be happier. Our building didn’t have a water heater, so they not only installed that but also ran a gas line and handled some electrical work. Their communication was excellent throughout, and Gabriel and Daniel did an outstanding job. Dave was great to work with, and we highly recommend their services!

We had a major leak in our main water service from meter to the home. We called a plumbing company that went straight for the jugular claiming we needed services that we didn’t actually need to take care of the real issues. I called David at DSM plumbing for a quote. Not only was David and his team at our house the very next morning for an inspection, but David didn’t haggle us around. David and the team at DSM plumbing identified the real issues which were the need to reroute the main water service pipes, and also finding that the current pipes were the wrong size. “ thank you David and the DSM plumbing team”. Once the problem was identified David quoted me at a two Day job, but he was able to complete the work the very next day efficiently and I was kept informed during the entire work day with text updates and pictures of their progress. Once the work was complete DSM plumbing went the extra mile to energize the waterlines with water, pressure test, check fittings to assure no leaks and then backfill existing soil and compact to grade level in the front yard. David and the DSM plumbing team really blew us away with their fast and friendly service, exceptional work ethic, and elevated level of communication. They didn’t give us the runaround, the pricing was great, well within our budget, and they got straight to work and got the house back up and running so fast. DSM plumbing is the real deal. We will eventually need to do more work on the house and we know exactly who we’re calling for the work. Thank you David and DSM plumbing!!! After getting multiple estimates from different plumbers, DSM came back with not only the most reasonable quote, but some of the most highly skilled, thorough and most hard-working plumbers I have ever worked with. These guys are prideful in what they do, especially Gabriel he’s the man! I can’t recommend DSM more and will definitely be working with them in the future.

Dave and his team at DSM Plumbing are now my go-to plumbers. I'm so glad I found them. Dave is honest, incredibly responsive, and thorough. Our kitchen sink was severely backed up due to an issue unrelated to the disposal, and with less than a day’s notice, his team, equally professional and efficient, showed up, resolved the issue quickly, and left everything spotless. Their workmanship and attention to detail truly set them apart. I only wish I had found them sooner.
